Guitar pro y BIAB no funcan con Presonus Audiobox

Hola gente!

Les traigo mi consulta..

Hace unos dias estoy usando una placa de audio usb Presonus Audiobox y me funciona todo de maravillas excepto el guitar pro y el band in a box. Simplemente no reproducen audio

si alguno me tira una punta le agradeceré!!
